Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pnrwelding.com and purchases from PNRWelding LLC (“PNR Welding,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, vehicle, fitment, and customization information.

Product Information

We attempt to describe and display products accurately. Because products are fabricated and finished individually:

Minor variations in weld appearance, finish, color, dimensions, or component placement may occur.
Photographs may show optional equipment, coatings, fittings, pumps, caps, hoses, or accessories that are not included unless identified in the product description or selected during ordering.
Product colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and display settings.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, or pricing errors.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

Made-to-Order Products

PNR Welding tanks are made to order. Standard website products remain eligible for return when they satisfy our Refund and Returns Policy.

A product becomes a nonreturnable custom product when it includes customer-requested work or specifications outside the standard options offered on the applicable website product page. This includes custom dimensions, locations, configurations, fabrication, or modifications that prevent the product from being resold as a standard website item.

We recommend confirming all custom details in writing before fabrication begins.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of:

Pricing or product-information errors.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
Product or component unavailability.
Incomplete or conflicting customization information.
Shipping restrictions.
Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled portion unless otherwise permitted by law.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and selected options are added during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payment may be handled by third-party providers such as WooPayments, Stripe, or PayPal and may also be subject to their terms.

Cancellations

Approved cancellations are subject to a 3.8% payment-processing charge, representing processing costs that may not be returned to us by the payment provider.

Custom work that has already begun may not be cancelable or refundable. Contact info@pnrwelding.com as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

Fabrication and Delivery Estimates

Published turnaround times, fabrication dates, shipment dates, transit times, and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Timing may be affected by order volume, material availability, supplier delays, customization, payment verification, carrier delays, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A delay does not automatically entitle an order to cancellation or compensation, subject to applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.

Shipping and Inspection

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss and responsibility for shipping damage are governed by applicable law and the carrier’s terms. Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Photograph the packaging and product and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Do not install, modify, coat, weld, drill, or otherwise alter a product that may need to be returned.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and return shipping are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless an exception applies:

Return requests must be made within 30 days.
Products must be unused, unmodified, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Sale items are nonrefundable.
Custom products or customer-requested customizations that cannot be resold as standard website products are nonreturnable.

Email info@pnrwelding.com before returning a product to request return authorization and shipping instructions.

Fitment and Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

Confirming that a product is appropriate for the intended vehicle and application.
Providing accurate vehicle, system, measurement, clearance, fitting, pump, hose, and configuration information.
Reviewing product dimensions and selected options before ordering.
Confirming compatibility with other components.
Obtaining any required inspections, approvals, or permits.

Vehicle modifications, previous repairs, aftermarket components, manufacturing variations, and installation methods can affect fitment.

Professional Installation Required

PNR Welding products must be installed by a qualified professional familiar with automotive cooling, fuel, electrical, plumbing, fabrication, and performance systems, as applicable.

Installation must follow the product instructions, component-manufacturer instructions, and accepted safety practices. Improper installation, wiring, plumbing, mounting, restriction, modification, misuse, or operation can cause leaks, pump failure, property damage, personal injury, or other hazards.

Racing, Street Use and Emissions Compliance

Certain products are intended for racing, competition, or high-performance applications.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a product and its use comply with federal, state, and local laws, emissions requirements, safety rules, racing-organization rules, and vehicle-registration requirements.

We do not represent that every product is legal for street use or use on emissions-controlled vehicles in every jurisdiction.

Pumps and Third-Party Components

Pumps, electrical components, caps, fittings, hoses, and other third-party products may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties, limitations, instructions, or recommended service intervals.

Any warranty for a third-party component is limited to the warranty actually provided by its manufacturer or supplier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damage caused by restricted or blocked flow, kinked hoses, incorrect wiring, dry operation, improper installation, incompatible fluids, misuse, or operation outside the component manufacturer’s requirements may not be covered.

Product Use and Safety

Customers must inspect products before installation and discontinue use if a product appears damaged, leaks, operates abnormally, or creates an unsafe condition.

Do not use a product beyond its stated purpose or operating limitations. Installation and operation are at the customer’s responsibility and risk, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to PNRWelding LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to interfere with website security or operation.
Submit false payment, identity, shipping, or account information.
Copy or misuse website content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
Use automated systems to overload, scrape, or disrupt the website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any written warranty expressly provided by PNRWelding LLC or a product manufacturer, products and the website are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without additional implied or unwritten warranties.

This section does not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNRWelding LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from website use, product selection, installation, vehicle modification, racing, loss of use, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability concerning a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation or liability results from conduct that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, improper installation or use of a product, or infringement of another party’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or another jurisdiction’s non-waivable consumer law applies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted generally govern that order.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
